Hi! I am Tahzaria. I am a Charlotte native and I love watching my hometown grow! Being a part of a child's day-to-day development and my passion for caring for children led me into becoming a nanny . My childcare experience started off at a YMCA and led to me working with two families consistently for two years. One of the families had a set of 10 month old twins and a 3 year old. I was responsible for following the schedules of each child, planning activities, making meals, and leading learning activities. I also have volunteer experience at a daycare. My role was to support the staff in maintaining safe terrain for 17 children ages 2 and 3 years old. I was able to lead educational games designed to develop crucial early child development skills and strategies such as fine motor control and language development. My main experience is with infants and toddlers im able to sleep train a newborn, help women increase their milk supply for breast feeding and more . I always try to give others what I want to receive. I teach the children that I work with that it is important to treat their peers how they would like to be treated. Working in childcare is a privilege because parents are entrusting us with their children, who deserve the best care and attention.
