I am a very caring flexible person whom has worked in licensed childcare setting for 20. Years I have been responsible for up to 15 three year olds by myself as low as 4 infants by myself .. some duties but not limited to were preparing lesson plan according to age and interest providing basic needs throughout the day , keeping classroom clean and tidy , making sure each child felt loved and accepted in every way , maintaining good relationships with the parent or guardian. I have 36 credit hours in early childhood and 20 years in daycare and almost 5 yrs of home care of children and edlerly.i am very flexible and would always try and accommodate sudden changes or extra help. Being involved with children is something I love not just a job .
