I have been a homeschooling mother of three for 12 years. Each of my children were involved in science, history and chess club. I was the lead teacher in many home school related activities, co-ops and classes. I have been the caregiver for children with disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, severe food allergies, etc. I believe that it is very important to read and sing to children (even with a voice like mine!). Outside activities with other children is also a benefit and is important to their development. When my kids were young, we took regular field trips to museums, parks, playgroups, camping, libraries, etc. I love arts and crafts. It is a great way of teaching and making it fun. I would love to do those things with your child or children.
