I love being a sitter because supporting children through their growth, emotions, and everyday routines is genuinely meaningful to me. I enjoy creating a calm, safe, and fun environment where kids feel understood, encouraged, and free to be themselves. Whether it is helping with homework, playing outside, or guiding them through big feelings, I value being someone they can trust and feel comfortable around. My experience includes working with youth in multiple settings, including my time at Neighborhood Hope, where I supported children and teens through trauma-informed tutoring, mentoring, and structured activities. I have also volunteered with the Boys & Girls Club, assisted families at a food pantry, coached swimming, and provided compassionate caregiving for an elderly family member. These roles strengthened my ability to stay patient, adaptable, and attentive to individual needs.
