I am 40 years old. I am a college graduate. I graduated with 2 bachelor degrees from Wesleyan College in 1998. I do not smoke or drink. I have kept children off and on since I was a teenager. I worked at the YMCA in the child watch area for 5 years and was a nanny to twin boys for 8 years beginning with they were only 3 months old and ending when they were 8, only because their mom lost her job and stayed at home with them. The boys became part of my family and I still keep them from time to time now. I have been CPR and first aid trained, both in college and at the YMCA. I have been a stay at home mom since I gave birth, but due to finances, it's now time for me to start bringing home some income! I have Read more a 21 month old girl of my own so she will be with me part of the time. Her grandparents keep her quite a bit; her grandmother keeps her almost every Wednesday and Friday and her Nana keeps her whenever she can. I can keep your children at my home or yours, or perhaps both. Since I have a toddler of my own, our house is child proofed and full of toys! We even have a fenced in backyard with a play set, playhouse, small pool, sandbox and lots of toys! I do have 2 dogs that stay inside. My daughter loves to play outside so we are in the backyard most of the time. If we are inside, we are usually reading books or coloring.
