I have been babysitting children since I was 11 years old. I lived in North Carolina for my high schooling, and when I graduated I moved to New York State ( where I am originally from) and began working at a daycare/ preschool center. I have been working there since 2010. I started out as a substitute and floater but then I was placed full time in the infant room where I was the infant room coordinator. I had a lot of duties to preform such as parent teacher conferences, monthly child assessments, individualizing for children, preparing age appropriate activities daily, scheduling, communicating with staff,parents and older children as well, and daily duties such as diapering, feeding, napping etc. Every two years the daycare staff were required by the State of New York to have 30 Training hours. I have taken many trainings during my time at the daycare. Also Read more in high school, i received my early childhood credentials. I am CPR and First Aid certified with infants and adults.
