Hi! My name is Sydney and am looking to make myself available as a regular nanny and/or a date night/weekend babysitter. I have nannying and babysitting experience with children of all ages, ranging from 4 months-11 years. I nannied for a family who had three children for quite sometime until all 3 kids started school. I took a break from childcare as I had my son last October and I'm looking to get back into working with kids again. My son is 7 months old and is the happiest little boy. I practice gentle parenting. I'd love to bring him to work with me so he can get socialized. I'm a full-time student as well, but online so my availability it pretty open. I'm looking forward to getting to know you!

Sydney was often on time, and does have her schedule from another position ahead of time, so booking was initially easy. I think Sydney would probably do okay with older children who do not have many needs, or as a fill in sitter. Cons: However, looking after an infant at the same time as her young child is not something I would recommend to anyone. Security cameras showed inattentiveness the majority of the time she was caring for our 8 month old, and also minimal interaction/engagement - one day showed that the only time she spoke was when saying "no". There was little to no compassion shown. Our child had moments of struggling with the transition, which was not well-received by Sydney. Sydney abruptly cancelled/altered care availability without notice via text.
