My name is Molly Southard and I am twenty-three years old. I currently live in North Carolina and am looking to move to the NY area to pursue a live-in nanny position! I have a four-year degree from Appalachian State University in Human Services and was employed by the same childcare center all throughout college. During this time I was a classroom support staff member in charge of safety and implementing best practice techniques in relation to early childhood development. After working in the classroom for two years, I was given the opportunity to step into a leadership position and led the childcare center's nutritional program. During this time I gained knowledge about the dietary needs of children, prepared and executed menus composed of organic meals, and gained experience with special diet meal preparation. I was a nanny for two children a few days a weeks during this time as Read more well. I have always had a passion to work with children and upon graduating have searched for a position where I could display this passion. Like many college graduates, I have yet to find the right career path, and feel that working as a full-time nanny would allow me to pursue a vocation I was truly excited about!
