I am currently a 1st grade teacher in North Carolina. I began teaching in 2013 and have also taught 3rd and 4th grade. Before my teaching career, I worked as a daycare assistant at a local YMCA during the summer and also worked at an after-school care program for 4 years after school between the hours of 2:00-6:00 every day. Aside from my professional careers, I have babysat/nanny for several families - not only for date nights but for overnight trips. I have also went on family vacations with families and cared for their children there also. I have also been hired as a dog sitter before. I love all animals and feel very comfortable around them. I consider myself very outgoing and creative and love doing fun activities with children to get them thinking outside of the box and learning life skills.
