Hello, my name is Sierra, I have been working with children since age 14. I started out as a babysitter then a part time nanny when I got out of school. I ended up meeting my best friend and her mom owned 3 daycares and I started working at one of her sister centers. By the age of 18 I was after school teacher, by the age of 19 the day after I graduated I became a full time assistant teacher while doing online early childhood education college.
