I hired Sierra and thought things were going well after first week. The second week she no-showed and never responded back to texts, which was awkward. She also comes off as someone who is interested in the job, and she would be reliable, but when it comes down to it, I think it was very rude and unprofessional to not reply back to a single message or text and no-showing.
