As an aunt of 9 children under the ages of 13 years old it's easy to say that nurturing is like second nature to me. For 2 years i babysat 3 beautiful, busy, bright girls and assisted their parents by: cooking dinner, playtime (inside and outside), reading/circle time, bath time and putting them to bed. My mother was the owner of a child drop-in center in Wake Forest, NC "Kidz Zone of Wake Forest". Working with her taught me how to change diapers properly, distributing healthier choices of snacks that are creative and appealing to the kids, also how to approach children that are shy or not so open to strangers. Working seasonally at Food Lion has also helped me with adults by way of customer service. Thinking first what the customer would appreciate rather thinking of what i would like.
