My name is Shelby and I'm a college graduate with a degree in Social Work from Appalachian State. After working as a nanny in Holly Springs this past year, and I am living in Raleigh and working as a social worker, but would like to continue my child care work in the area. I have been babysitting and nannying for over 10 years! I have experience with newborns, multiples, and older children. My most recent nanny position was for a family with a 6-month-old infant, who was 2 months when I started. My position before that was with three children ages 5 months, 3, and 5. I worked with them for over a year and half full-time. I am comfortable transporting children to various activities outside of the home, and enjoy creating developmentally appropriate activities, as well as taking trips to the museum, park, pool, and other fun activities!
