I have been in a childcare position as a nanny and a Teachers Assistant for the last 12 years,Also have been a foster parentfrom 1999-2015. I love children and Pets.I have experience with newborns,toddlers and adolecents.I love to read books,go for nature walks,do crafts and activities.I do light housework,meal preparation and laundry. I also drive a van with a dvd playerthis helps kids be happy when they are being transported to school or other activities. In addition I have CPR and FIRST AID. As a foster parent I had to attend 12 classes a year about children. These were very helpful to as I learned everything from temper tantums to dating.I also have experience with children who have ADHD,ADD and other special needs. I give medicines and keep records. I always try positive renforcement first before I give time out.
