I’ve always known that becoming a mother was my calling, and I take great pride in the love, patience, and dedication that role brings. I’m a mom to a wonderful one-year-old boy, and caring for him has only deepened my passion for nurturing children in a safe, supportive, and loving environment. As the oldest of five siblings in a very large family, caring for younger children has been a natural part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up surrounded by children taught me responsibility, empathy, and the importance of creating a space where kids feel secure, valued, and encouraged to be themselves. I’m a very social person and take great pride in being kind, loving, and approachable. I believe children thrive best when they feel genuinely cared for and supported. I also proudly served four years in the United States Coast Guard as a mechanic. That experience strengthened my sense of responsibility, structure, and reliability, and taught me the importance of safety, teamwork, and consistency—qualities I carry into my work with children every day. I am First Aid and CPR certified, ensuring I’m prepared to respond quickly and appropriately in emergency situations. As a single mom who recently relocated from Hawaii, this new chapter has reinforced my resilience, adaptability, and strong sense of family. My goal is to provide a warm, family-style environment where children feel happy, safe, and loved—just like home.
