I grew up the oldest girl in a family of 8 children so kids are second nature to me! I've worked in many child care and educational settings over the years including private home, preschool, tutoring, and many different settings as a registered behavior technician (lots of experience with special needs!). I'm Very passionate about fun and discipline so expect creative ideas but also firm plans for good behavior and plans for how to deal with bad behavior appropriately. I also love cooking so if you want some help with meal prep and the kids are behaving well (or better yet, helping out in the kitchen!) then I can definitely assist in this area. I myself eat 70-80% paleo and go to CrossFit 3-4x a week so physical activity and time outdoors is valuable to me!
