I am 38 and I have a 16 year old son who is Autistic, and I also have a "typical" 4 year old daughter. I have been babysitting since I was 10, and I worked in the Claremont School District as a substitute Paraprofessional for 1 school year. My son recently moved to Tilton NH to attend the residential program at Spaulding youth center and I need to find a job after not working for the past 17 years so that I could stay home with my son and give him 100% of my attention and be fully involved in his various therapies and programs for Special needs children. I have also done some "pet sitting" over the years and currently have a Boston terrier and a kitten. I have also done housekeeping in private residences and medical offices over the last 18 years. I am eager to rejoin the Read more workforce, but also still be able to care for daughter. I would appreciate the opportunity to help anyone who needs care for a special needs child, a typical child, dogs, cats, and housekeeping...whatever kind of care is needed, I am confident that I can provide high quality care.
