I worked in the corporate world until I had my own children. Once they were in school full days, I started working at the preschool my own children had attended (loved the program!). In addition to loving my work with the kids, the job allowed me to be home when my own children were home. After working at the preschool for 6 years, I purchased the school and continued to teach for an additional 11 years (17 total). I just closed the school in the spring but want to continue working with children, as it is a passion. It is amazing to see the development of a child! I am CPR certified, earned an Associates degree in Science and have 9 credits in Early Childhood Education. The State of NH required me to have 18 credit hours a year in Early Childhood Education classes. The school I owned never had Read more a violation with the state in the time I owed it (public information). My proudest accomplishments are my own kids! I am a mother of two boys, now men! My husband and I have lived in Hampton for 29 years and our children went through the school system. I volunteered weekly in their classrooms through the 3rd grade. A wonderful privilege!
