Hello! My name is Allyson Walters, and I have been working with children for as long as I can remember. My professional childcare journey began during COVID, when I started as a nanny and soon transitioned into the daycare setting in 2021. I began as a preschool assistant and discovered a true passion for early education, which led me to earn my certifications as an Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Teacher in 2022. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of teaching preschoolers for three years and then working with toddlers for two more. I genuinely love helping children grow, meet milestones, and discover new skills. Their adaptability and curiosity never cease to amaze me, and I strive to create a nurturing, engaging environment where each child can thrive. This experience has strengthened my understanding of developmental differences and taught me valuable strategies for supporting all children with patience and positivity.
