Hi! My name is Allie, I am 22 years old and recently graduated from Monmouth University with a degree in Psychology. I have had lots of experience in childcare through babysitting my several cousins from the time I was 12, since they were newborns. I have also held a job as a party assistant at a children's salon, a classroom aid at a school for children with developmental disabilities, and have interned at a crisis nursery working with children from birth-6 years old that have experienced some form of trauma/neglect.
