My name is Makayla Mincey with excellent written and verbal communication skills I am seeking any job opportunity open to me. I am very friendly and easy to get along with. Growing up my mother was a foster parent to over 20 kids that lived in and out of our home while my mother worked midnights to provide for other kids including her own. She left me in charge to maintain kids all ages. I’ve changed tons of diapers and I am excellent with toddlers. I’ve raised kids that are now teenagers from a young age and that has helped me improve my communication and educational connections with children.
