To start off, I am mother to a college age daughter so l am familiar and comfortable with the many stages of a child's life. I am and have been a nanny / babysitter for quite a few families so my experience with taking care of various aged children inside their own homes is recent and up to date. With my charges, I love to read books, imaginatively play, sing songs & just have fun. I am also quite comfortable with working within the child's routine: meal time, bath time, nap/bedtime and whatever else needs to be done. Prior to this, I had been a teacher for over 20 years with the last 14 of them teaching Pre-K. With my many years in the classroom, I have nurtured and educated children with many different interests, personalities and capabilities.
