I began babysitting in my early teen years, and have been a caregiver in some capacity for almost all of my professional career. I studied early education in college, have worked in day cares, group homes for developmentally disabled adults and led childrens recreational activities. I am Red Cross CPR Certified, and can offer solid references. I have worked for families with up to five young children, and never felt intimidated. I have always been selective about choosing my families, and most of them have been a joy to work for. It has been very rewarding and at times, inspiring. I am currently employed full time as a dispatcher, my long shifts allow me freedom to work part time on my days off. Having fun with other peoples children is a position I take very seriously, for as silly and lighthearted as most days are.
