Sam has been a wonderful help to me and our family over the last six months. I cannot say enough good things about her - her professionalism, punctuality, communication skills and work ethic make her extremely easy to work with, while her experience, knowledge and confidence in her ability to care for our daughter gave me confidence in her from the outset that has been sustained throughout our relationship. She has been looking after our baby since she was 3 months old and has had a natural ease with her from the outset. Ailbhe was clearly comfortable with her from the get-go. When I was struggling to get her to sleep on her own in her crib, Sam did it with ease. Sam is extremely attentive and would always provide me with a concise description of how things went during her time with Ailbhe - how many diapers, wet or dirty, how much she drank, what time she drank at, how long she slept for, etc, which really helped me to feel at ease. Ailbhe had severe colic in her early months and feeding her was difficult, but Sam had great patience in getting her to drink and burp. I can't say enough good things about Sam and my confidence in her ability to care for my daughter with real gentleness, kindness, patience, care and consideration. Any family would be lucky to have Sam in their home caring for their little ones!
