I have always been great with children and I love interacting with them. In high school, I volunteered as a babysitter at an early childhood center while their parents were in PTO meetings. I also have experience working with autistic children. I would read to them, engage with them, help out at snack time, and do my best to get them comfortable enough to talk to me. My teacher even advised that I go into childcare work because I excelled so well. In addition to volunteer work, I also have paid babysitting experience. I would babysit my coworker’s one year old for several hours at a time while she was at work. I took her on drives to the park or just to run some errands. We would play music and dance. I even had a baby photoshoot with her. I also have babysat my fiancé’s nieces multiple times while Read more her parents were at work. They absolutely love spending time with me because I never turn down playing a game with them. Apart from babysitting, I am always around children regardless. Whether within my church, family, or friends, engaging with children has always been a part of my life.
