I have been babysitting since I was a teenager, and it has guided to pursue a career in Elementary Education. I am passionate, outgoing, patient and a hard worker. I am extremely organized but always have a smile on my face. I teach dance to students in grades K-12 and have been doing so for 5 years. I hold my BFA in Dance from Rutgers University and enrolled in many classes on teaching, education psychology, and developmental behavior. What sets me apart from other nannies and babysitters is my ability to develop a relationship with the kids I am looking out for. I strive to be someone they feel safe coming to and look forward to seeing everyday. However, I also understand and appreciate the importance of structure and discipline in a child's life.
