Hello! I am Lauren. I am currently nannying with my second family. I have been with them for the last 6 months. I watch after 2 girls, ages 2 and 5. Before working for them, I spent a year in South Korea teaching English to elementary age children. It was a very eye opening and rewarding experience. It is what essentially has made me want to seek a career early childhood education. Prior to Korea, I was a live-in nanny for a family in Philadelphia. I was with them for just over a year. I looked after their one son, age 1. In addition to my work experience, I graduated from Dickinson College in 2012 with a degree in Biology. I hope to start working toward my teaching certificate in early childhood education while continuing to nanny.
