Hello! I'm currently a first grade teacher. I've been teaching for three years and prior to that worked in aftercare programs for 7 years. I have taught full day Kindergarten, first grade, second, and third, so I am also available for tutoring to supplement your child's education during the summer months. I love literacy, reading, and foundational math and have proctored for the third grade PARCC state exam 3 years ago, so I am also familiar with the state standards necessary to help students prepare for the challenges of a testing year. I believe in being positive and structured to help the students and children in my care to adapt to the changes from being away from their caregiver.
