Hi parents! My name is Marrissa and I’m a 26 year old college student from Cranford. I just recently graduated from UCC with an associate’s degree and I plan on continuing my education Fall 2022. While in high school, I attended 2 childcare programs at my schools, Cranford High (1 year) and also Union County Vo-tech (2 years) where I mentored/taught kids ages 3-6 years old and that is where my passion for teaching children grew. I also attended a work-study program at Primrose Preschool where I was an assistant teacher in toddler to kindergarten classrooms. Then for the past few years, I have been a nanny for some great families in the area- kids ages ranging from 3 to 12 years old. My typical nanny duties were to do pick up/drop off kids from school, bring kids to activities, homework help, laundry, cooking, cleaning, and other household responsibilities.
