After a very pleasant phone interview with Meredith, we set up an in-person interview for the next evening. My husband and I rushed home from work but Meredith never showed up for the interview. She did not even bothered to cancel or call. I left her a phone message because we were concerned that something may have happened to her but we never heard from her again. I think this speaks volumes about the reliability of this caregiver.
