I really REALLY hate to leave anyone a negative review however Vicky has treated us in the most unprofessional and disrespectful manner and I would truly hate for this to happen to another family. We had met with Vicky once for a formal interview, and then another time in our home to do a working interview for a nanny share. We had discussed scheduling, salary, start date and ultimately reached a decision to hire her. I asked her several times if she was positive she wanted to take the role and never once pressured her. She was very enthusiastic and had solidified the details and start dates with both of the families involved in the nanny share. Less than TWO WEEKS before her start date we reached out to ask her a question and she let us know that she no longer could stick to her agreement and was not going to nanny for us at all anymore. She has left both families scrambling for child care and given us less than two weeks to figure it out. When looking for a Nanny i expect them to be reliable, respectful and trustworthy. In this situation Vicky could have let us all know as soon as she had decided to do something else but instead waited for us to reach out. I am so disappointed in her and this experience and feel the need to warn parents. If you are looking for someone reliable that will stick to their word and agreement, keep looking!
