My name is Sita Bacchus, am 60 years old. and a US Citizen I have lived in Jersey City .I was a stayed home mom for my two children, a boy and a girl, four years apart. I was involved in everything during their formative years, and later to do all thinks possible to see them to high school. I also assisted to raise two other young children. After my kids started high school, I joined the workforce to supplement their upkeep in private schools. I was in the accounting department for Tyco International and UBS Financial But this break from regular public employment, shift me back into the care of my grandkids, a boy and a girl, who are three years apart. I, practically lived with them in their Manhattan apartment for nearly four years and was responsible for their everyday care, 24 hours a day as both my Read more son and daughter-in-law were very busy in their medical profession as doctors. Up until recently as a year, they moved to better positions in North Carolina, and they depended so much upon my tender care and moral values, that they even consider relocating me and my husband to be an active part of their children lives and to help grow them as I did to them. I spent a year with them, but I missed my home so much in New Jersey, and the neighbors, family and friends that I decided to relocate. This decision was very difficult for me but was made practical, because I do not drive and here I can rely on public transport for my commute here. For this trade-off, I am seeking a suitable job to be with kids. To give the care, love and upbringing that I give to my own children who, both happen to be doctors. Children are my passion, and to see them grow is a delight you can only get by interacting with them. Their laughter is my smile and their tears are my concern and only love can bring joy in their lives. Each loving child, I am convinced, has a unique potential and given the right encouragement and upbringing, can attain that career goal and admirable position in society, just like my children. This is my goal and this is the opportunity I am seeking. This will lighten the pain I feel to be away from my own grandkids for my motto is:” Your child is God’s child and is mine also.”
