Pauline was a great babysitter, my kids adored her, and she did a great job of organizing the house. However, after 8 months, she just ghosted me. No call, no show, no rationale. A considerate person would have given 2 weeks notice. Especially since she knew how much I relied on her and the kids loved her. SMH.
