Hi! I am currently searching for my next position, as my current family is moving. I have full availability starting in August/September! I am from Haddon Twp but now live in Blackwood/Gloucester Twp. I am a 32 year-old momma to an 8 year old girl. My ultimate goal is to earn my degree in nursing a focus in L&D or pediatrics. I've been sitting children since I was 10 years old. I've held various jobs from occasional sitting to long term nannying & mothers helper. I'm experienced with children from newborns to 12 years old, including many sets of multiples. I am the oldest of 6 children and many many cousins. Housekeeping, and food preparation are also not a problem! I believe in teaching children and allowing them to grow to be the absolute best they can be through activities, reading, and playing. I also know basic ASL to teach children, allowing them to better communicate when they have yet to learn how to speak. I was CPR certified, and I have absolutely no problem getting re certified or any additional certifications!

I am now 24 years old in a Masters Program for Occupational Therapy and love working with children and enjoy getting experience with children as I plan on becoming a Pediatric Occupational Therapist once I graduate. I am great with preparing meals for children and trying to keep them active and happy. I started this field when I was only 13 years old for a family friend who's son has Autism and other learning disabilities. I stayed with this family for 8 years, when needed, and did overnights, pet care, and light housekeeping. When I was 15 years old, I became a lifeguard and swim instructor at the JCC Camps at Medford in the summer, and the YMCA in Mount Laurel & Moorestown Community House during the school year. When I was 18, I nannied for a newborn (5 months old) & 2 year old for a year, full time. I was hands on with pace-feeding bottles, changing diapers, reading books, rocking to sleep, pick ups from pre-school, pet care, house keeping, meal-prep and activities. When I was 21, I nannied for an 8 year old child with Autism for 2 years. I have 15+ years experience of care-taking, with children of all ages.
