She was constantly engaged with my baby (now toddler), providing a positive atmosphere both emotionally and intellectually. Even when things were tough and my baby was giving her a lot of guff, Shyann was remarkably warm and caring. She always puts the baby first. Shyann was attentive to the growth of my baby keeping me up to date on changes that happened during her care. A fantastic sitter who I am proud to have trusted with my child.
