I worked at a kids birthday party gym where I supervised kids of all ages. Also, I mentored special needs children for a program called 'Pathways' that offers classes, i. e. life skills, sports, etc. for children with all disabilities, including autism. The program is offered to children ages ranging from 3 to 21 years old. I have also babysat for many families, sometimes with 3 children at a time, ranging from 3 months to 12 years old. I nannied two girls ages 6 and 8 for nine months unfortunately I had to leave for school. I had a volunteer internship at a special needs preschool after school, where I learned class management styles, working with kids on an individual level, and in small groups.
