I'm Patient, compassionate, & highly motivated. Skilled in creating fun, engaging, and educational activities while also demonstrating a priority for a safe environment! I have 5+ years of experience caring for children ages newborn to 17 years old! I grew up in a big family of 22 cousins on one side (1st cousins only), and I was one of the older ones so I was destined for babysitting at a pretty young age. I volunteered at a gymnastic gym at age 11 and then ended up working there as a gymnastics coach for many years and worked with Mommy and Me classes/preschoolers, all the way to teenagers. I lead our Special Olympics program for two seasons, as well as created a year round special needs program. I also spent 2 years as a nanny for a little boy (from 10 months to almost 3 years old.) I also worked as Read more a Personal Medical Aide for a year, helping with physical Rehabilitation, meal prep, etc. My last most recent job working with kids was an assistant teacher in a preschool and in the office. Every job I have had the best part of it all is getting to learn just as much from the kids, as they do, you.
