Hi everyone! I've been working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities for over 3+ years where I've obtained CPR and first aid certifications. I also have experience working as a care provider for youth, adults and elderly in in-home, outpatient, and intensive in-community settings. I offer compassion and insight using a warm/non judgmental approach to collaborate and express concerns. I look forward to connecting with families to create a safe space suitable for your needs! I enjoy fostering an environment of mutual trust and respect amongst one another. I love understanding and accepting all personality types as well as behaviors. My goal is to provide care and help for all to work through whatever challenges may come in the way in aspiration to promote the health/ well-being of others.
