I am blessed to say that caring for for children is my passion, as well as my profession! After getting married and establishing a family of my own in my early adulthood, I soon found myself as a stay-at-home mother of four.  As a result, I became involved in child care for other families, as well as my own.  Before long, I was caring for children of various ages during the afternoon hours, after-school, and throughout summer breaks. At the same time, I became actively involved in volunteering countless hours through my local church, schools, and community in helping young children to thrive. As my own children grew older, I was afforded with more time, and the ability to work outside of my home. I decided to utilize my skills and experience in the private care of families in their own homes. I believe this provides the advantage of helping Read more to raise children in their natural environment. In addition to child-care, I have assisted my clients with meal preparation, shopping and other errands, housekeeping, and general home management. I also provide transportation to outside activities and enjoy special outings with the children that I am helping to care for.  I have 30+ years of a clean driving record, and free of ever having any criminal history. I am presently looking for a full or part-time position as a nanny for a family that needs care and living assistance in any capacity, and have great flexibility to accommodate your specific needs. I am compassionate and personable, dedicated and reliable, intelligent and level-headed, ambitious and professional, enthusiastic and spirited, patient and understanding. I have a lifetime of experience in caring for and rearing children, and thoroughly enjoy my time with young people.  My greatest desire is to make a difference in the world through the children that I am responsible for caring for.  Thank you for taking the time to get to know me better!
