My name is Nadine, I’ve been in child care for over 5 years ranging from infants to preteens. I don’t see it as a just a job. Children are more than just a job, I take pride in taking care of children and I care for them as if they were my own. I also believe that infants and older children also need their space to do things for themselves, i will always be around but I will allow them there freedom of exploration without hovering but by observing.
