We were ready to hire Victoria. We requested the background check twice, she said she did not see any notification. Sittercity informed me that an email was sent to her each time. A week before she was supposed to start, she informed me about two family matters that might prevent her from starting. Three days before the start date, I checked in to see if she would be able to come, and she still did not know. I never heard from her again. Not professional.
