Hi, I'm Alexa! After teaching special education in public schools for the last 7 years, I am looking for a change of pace and career. Aside from my experience as a teacher, I also have experience with babysitting, nannying, being a family assistant. I also work part time as a behavior therapist for families who have children with autism. Although my most recent experience and degrees are special education related, I have a passion for caring for all kiddos of all ages. From babysitting in high school, nannying in college, caring for my own younger siblings (13 year age difference!) to student teaching and teaching, I have cared for kids ages 0-18 and am comfortable with all ages. In addition to caring for your kids, keeping them entertained and providing them with meaningful experiences, I am happy to do things to help out around the house!
