I began babysitting when I was around ten for my little sister. From there I picked other babysitting jobs for other families, until I started work in the First United Methodist Church Nursery. I loved working in the nursery because I was able to really grow a connection with the children I was working with. It gave me a better understanding of activities that kids like to do and how to cater to their age group. I love working with kids because they are honest and funny. I'll never forget all of the hours of playing doll house, or pretending to be a ninja turtle with my little friends. Babysitting/Nannying is truly something I am passionate about. I am however only looking for a summer job because I'm only in town for the summer before I leave for my first year of college.
