Hi! My name is Mikaela. I love working with children because it’s an opportunity to be apart of their growth. What sets me apart is my unique skill set. I’ve been a Behavior Therapist for 4 years. I work with children who have autism. I help them reach important milestones, I teach functional play skills and functional communication skills, all while playing. I capture motivations, and use creativity to teach a multitude of skills. I have experience with neurotypical children as well.
