I believe the best way to connect with babies and toddlers, is to get down on their levels, playing with toys and games, and make fun projects with them. I have had both live in and live out nanny positions, and enjoyed them both. I have no problem taking kids to activities, and always try to be prompt by preparing the evening before. I also enjoy cooking and going on outings to the park.
