I'm into a lot of fandoms so I can usually find SOMETHING to connect to child with. I believe in letting children be themselves and expressing themselves, and also in teaching manners and discipline. Discipline can be something as simple as no electronics until after your homework is done, to you're grounded and no electronics for a week or even standing in a corner. I'm well versed in computers and know more than most people I know. I'm looking for just part time right now and will take it from there. Have cared for several children that were trans and nonbinary, so I learned about those things as well.
