Hello, my name is Amanda and I'm a full-time mommy. I've been working with children since I was 16 years old and I'm comfortable with all ages. When I was a teenager, I was a full-time babysitter of twins from the ages of 1-4 years old and since then I have been an occasional babysitter of a 7, 4 and 18-month-old. When I was taking Child Development in college I learned that the best thing for your child is having a parent at home. They need stability more than anything. That is why I chose to become a nanny and not work in a daycare. The children Ive watched I've stayed with up until school and gave them the consistency and structure they need. Im also available for occasional date nights if thats what you need. My house is a one story, its child proof and I have a play room and an art area. I have two dogs that I keep in the side gate while working and a big backyard with a toddlers playset and chalk area.
