Hi, I Am Megan. A mother to a 2 year old boy, who has been working in paid childcare for 10 years. I am CPR and first aid trained, I am familiar with popular methods for infants like slow feeds with bottles for breastfed babies as well as methods like blw and safely cutting table food. In our home we practice trauma informed/ respectful parenting. As a childcare worker my position is the same I will be doing natural or related consequences not punishment and will focusing on teaching better alternatives to the emotional need. We love active play and different field trips, as well as crafts. I engage in child play and get on their level and learn about the individual child in front of me.
