Hello, My name is Shannnon and I have recently moved to the area and looking for babysitting and nannying job. I have a B.S. in Sociology from The State University of New York at Oneonta. For the past three years I have worked as an AmeriCorps member, a National Service Program, and have had plenty of experience managing children in volunteer activities that range from service trail building, leadership lessons and activities, and fun and games! I have also been a camp counselor for grades 4-12 and feel comfortable babysitting any ages. I am certified in First Aid and CPR, non smoker, and very healthy and active. Best, Shannon

Shannon took care of my two girls three days a week for four months before she moved to CO. Shannon is fantastic! She is kind, responsible, enthusiastic and great with all ages. I can not speak more highly about her skills as a nanny/babysitter. She was my first sitter that I found on Sitter City and I could not have been more pleased!

Shannon is amazing with my 3 kids (3 boy, 5, girl and 7 girl). She is kind, creative, energetic and patient. She is incredibly reliable and willing to do just about anything (i.e. creative play, drama) to keep children engaged. We wish her well as she moves to CO and selfishly we'd love to clone her in CT.

Shannon was great! I required a short notice babysitter to sit my 2 children (4 & 2) in our hotel room in DC (on two separate occasions). She arrived the times she said, the kids had great time with her and she managed to keep them on their schedule!
