Meet Michelle

  • Comfortable with pets

Hello, Im Michelle. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile to learn about who I am. Well, I'll start out by telling you that I'm energetic and overall a very happy individual! I love being outdoors whether it’s hiking, driving across the country, you know... simply just appreciating all that nature has to offer (in particular butterflies). I just moved from New York and am looking forward to Nannying a child under the age of two. I am open to children out of that age range but that is where I specialize. Due to the way this "about me" is structured with its character count, I cannot speak on all that I would like to. That being said I have a website that does! My professional nanny website (which I urge you to look at right now before reading further) can be found at memories-by-michelle.com In this Read more snippet, I have decided to include what's not on my website. Such as experience, talents, and services I offer. Community service and volunteer work would be the area I excel in. You name it, I've done it! Animal shelters, meals on wheels, ocean clean-ups, nursing homes, assisting in deaf and blind organizations, heck even spending a year in Puerto Rico building homes. Oh and don't even get me started on the work I did with "World Central Kitchen. I'd be more than happy to provide you with my social media handles after our interview so you can see photos! I'm the farthest thing from arrogant I promise, but the way I'm presenting my academic background information would beg to differ. I am a professional, confident, intelligent woman that has a chemistry degree from a State University in New York. Despite having a range of obligations such as managing the campus food pantry as a student assembly senator. I earned an "Academic All-Region Honors" for Woman Cross-Country in the year 2018 and was on the “Presidents List” for my GPA every single semester. I was obsessed with the lab. Not only did I get a student worker job there but I loved it so much that I'd perform labs outside of my chemistry curriculum with my professor. (He is actually one of my references). You may wonder how I made all of this work... well thankfully I possess drive, organization, and time management skills like no other. I carry a detailed schedule of my daily activities that extends months in advance so that I can properly delegate tasks and my time amongst them in a structured manner. As a result, it was no surprise that I was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and was awarded the "Student Excellence, Chancellors Award" for my 3.9GPA. Needless to say, I would love to assist you in raising kind-hearted lil einsteins!
